Soap cutting equipment, built in Canada.
The Arbutus 120 turns a full 120 lb block into finished bars in two strokes. Stainless where it touches soap, guarded where it matters, and supported by the shop that built it.

One operator. Two strokes. Done.
- LoadThe built-in hoist sets the mold on the pull-out table. Lift the walls off and the block stays on its pad.
- Loaf cutSlide in, close the door, hold the button. A stainless wire grid splits the block into 30 logs.
- Bar cutSwap to the bar frame, lay the logs down and cut again. Each log becomes thirteen bars.
- UnloadSlide the table out and move the bars to cure.
